About the monograph: Elliott Erwitt is an American advertising and documentary photographer known for his black and white candid shots of ironic and absurd situations within everyday settings – a master of Henri Cartier-Bresson’s “decisive moment” – Wikipedia
I have chosen Elliott Erwitt as he is a personal favourite and one of the photographer I look up to. His witty dog photographies are a perfect example of well executed photography.
I have decided to create a small monograph to celebrate his beautifully images.
About the layout: The layout is simple, putting the images forward with some of his best quotes. The cyan colour is to represent the quirky element you can find in easy of his pictures.
