René Chateau Vidéo

About René Chateau Vidéo: René Chateau is a independent website specialised in french movie from 1930 to 1980.Desiring to expand its offer outside the single sale of its videos (DVD, Blu-ray …), the editor wishes to open its catalog to a wider audience, making it available in streaming and/or downloading.

About the visual identity: René Chateau Vidéo wishes to elaborate a new visual identity to modernise and attract a younger generation. There was one restraint: to use the panther in the logo and to keep
the brand’s colours.
For the logo, I worked around a circular shape that would include the panther and a play button.
I then used the Gotham font as it was similar in shape to the logo. The colours were modified to fit
the old identity but bring a modern touch.
